Shrikant Goyal
Co-Founder
Shrikant has about 16+ years of experience in fund raising, investment banking and M&A activities. In his overall career, Shrikant has been associated with large, medium, and emerging corporates for fund raising via equity, Banking and non-banking routes. His expertise lies in structuring fund raising activity and deal closure. In past, he has been associated with Tata Capital – Large corporate vertical and in IDBI Bank for their Treasury vertical. Shrikant is one of the Founding members and managing partner of GetFive and leads Equity fundraising vertical of the company.
Shrikant is an IIM Ahmedabad Alumnus, FRM and CFA (USA) holder.
Abhishek Modi

Abhishek has a decade of experience, including a substantial tenure at ICICI and Kotak Bank, Abhishek is a seasoned banker specializing in working capital finance, project management, and wholesale loans. His achievements include top rankings in disbursement achievements, league contests, and consistent target overachievement. Abhishek’s expertise spans credit appraisal, financial analysis, and relationship management, making him a trusted banker capable of navigating complex financial landscapes and delivering tailored solutions.

Aman is an experienced professional with a strong background in merchant banking and financial services accomplished IPO and M&A transactions. Aman excel at ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering relationships with governing bodies within the merchant banking sphere.
His expertise extends to Financial Analysis and fund accounting, additionally, he possesses a proven ability to implement process improvements through the establishment of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Anshul Aggarwal

Anshul Aggarwal is a Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with a Master’s in International Business Operations and a Bachelor’s in Commerce. He specializes in NBFC and RBI compliances, fund-raising strategies, and regulatory filings. With 21 months of CS training at a listed Company, Anshul has expertise in SEBI regulations, corporate legal matters, and secretarial compliances for listed companies. of professional experience, specializing in corporate finance with a strong focus on
mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring. He has worked on complex
transactions across various sectors, including power generation, Real Estate –
commercial and residential, textile, Edible oil and other with focus on deal
structuring, due diligence, valuation, regulatory compliance, and post-transaction
