Kanika Khandelia, a highly motivated Chartered Accountant with over 10+ years of experience, steers GetFive as its Director. Her expertise encompasses corporate finance, fundraising, and regulatory compliance, ensuring our clients navigate the financial landscape with confidence. Kanika has a proven ability to secure funding through strategic financial solutions and ensure adherence to complex regulations.
Her background in audits, tax, and financial statement analysis provides a well-rounded understanding of financial health. More than just a Charted Accountant, Kanika brings a dynamic leadership style, fueled by an entrepreneurial spirit and a commitment to innovation. Shrikant Goyal
Co-Founder
Shrikant has about 16+ years of experience in fund raising, investment banking and M&A activities. In his overall career, Shrikant has been associated with large, medium, and emerging corporates for fund raising via equity, Banking and non-banking routes. His expertise lies in structuring fund raising activity and deal closure. In past, he has been associated with Tata Capital – Large corporate vertical and in IDBI Bank for their Treasury vertical. Shrikant is one of the Founding members and managing partner of GetFive and leads Equity fundraising vertical of the company.
Shrikant is an IIM Ahmedabad Alumnus, FRM and CFA (USA) holder.
Abhishek Modi

Abhishek has a decade of experience, including a substantial tenure at ICICI and Kotak Bank, Abhishek is a seasoned banker specializing in working capital finance, project management, and wholesale loans. Armed with an MBA in Finance, Abhishek has excelled in sourcing new clients, managing relationships, and maximizing bank wallet share.
His achievements include top rankings in disbursement achievements, league contests, and consistent target overachievement. Abhishek’s expertise spans credit appraisal, financial analysis, and relationship management, making him a trusted banker capable of navigating complex financial landscapes and delivering tailored solutions.

Aman is an experienced professional with a strong background in merchant banking and financial services accomplished IPO and M&A transactions. Aman excel at ensuring regulatory compliance and fostering relationships with governing bodies within the merchant banking sphere.
His expertise extends to Financial Analysis and fund accounting, additionally, he possesses a proven ability to implement process improvements through the establishment of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). His strategic thinking in finance and legal matters is evident through his guidance on corporate law issues, ensuring alignment with transaction goals.
Dhaval Patel
Compliance Officer
CS Dhaval Patel is an experienced Company Secretary and holds a degree in Law (LL.B) and having over 10 years of extensive expertise in corporate laws, RBI & NBFC Compliances, capital markets, and other regulatory compliance. He specializes in advising on matters related to the Companies Act, SEBI regulations, stock exchange compliances, and corporate governance practices.
He has hands-on experience in coordinating with stock exchanges, merchant bankers, depositories, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities and has been actively involved in fund-raising activities, including successfully handling multiple public issues, comprising SME IPOs and Main Board IPO, along with private placement transactions. His strong domain knowledge in IPO processes, due diligence, and drafting of offer documents has enabled him to play a key role in capital market transactions.
Manager Merchant Banking
Avinash Khatri is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over six years of extensive experience working with leading consulting firms, including Deloitte and Grant Thornton. He brings strong expertise in capital market transactions, with a primary focus on Initial Public Offers (IPO), Qualified Institutional Placements (QIP), statutory audits, and limited reviews of listed entities.
Avinash has worked across a diverse range of industries, including renewable energy, IT & ITES, chemicals, automobiles, and multichannel retail platforms in the baby care and products segment. His experience spans endtoend transaction support, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting for listed companies, ensuring adherence to SEBI, ICAI, and Companies Act requirements.
Project Manager
Riddhi Kothari, a seasoned Customer Relationship Management professional, drives impactful project outcomes at GetFive as its Project Manager – Merchant Banking. At GetFive – a SEBI-registered Merchant Banking and strategic financial advisory firm – she leads and coordinates key projects, ensuring seamless execution and superior client outcomes.

Vijay Chauhan, a highly motivated Chartered Accountant with over 8 years
of professional experience, specializing in corporate finance with a strong focus on
mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring. He has worked on complex
transactions across various sectors, including power generation, Real Estate –
commercial and residential, textile, Edible oil and other with focus on deal
structuring, due diligence, valuation, regulatory compliance, and post-transaction
