Role: Project Coordinator Manager
Reporting to: Execution Head
Role Overview :
Lead and manage a team of Project Coordinators handling IPO-related transactions, ensuring timely execution, effective investor follow-ups, internal coordination, and adherence to compliance and process standards across multiple IPO mandates.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor transaction timelines and proactively flag risks or bottlenecks. • Prepare and present weekly status reports to the Execution Head.
- Ensure compliance and documentation requirements are met across all transactions. • Drive process improvements and standardization of execution workflows. • Manage, mentor, and review the work of junior Project Coordinators. • Allocate IPO transactions and workloads across the team.
- Oversee investor follow-ups for IPO transactions (KYC, fund transfers, agreements, documentation).
- Act as escalation point for delays, investor issues, and complex cases. • Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, compliance, onboarding) to ensure smooth execution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. • 5–8 years of experience in financial services operations / project coordination / IPO execution.
- Prior team-handling experience is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of IPO transaction workflows and investor onboarding. • Advanced MS Excel and reporting skills.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills. • High ownership, accountability, and execution focus.
