Getfive is a SEBI-registered Merchant Banking firm having offices in Mumbai and Ahmedabad. The firm specializes in IPOs and pre-IPO private equity fund-raising. Along with the Merchant banking arm, the firm also manages an AIF focused on late-stage companies.

Present Role – Training & Development Manager 

Reporting – HR Manager 

Role Overview 

We are seeking a proactive Training & Development professional to design and deliver learning programs that enhance employee skills, support onboarding, and promote continuous performance improvement. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identify training and development needs in consultation with management and department heads 
  • Design and deliver technical, functional, and soft-skill training 
  • Conduct induction and onboarding training for new joiners 
  • Develop training content and learning materials 
  • Track training effectiveness and maintain records 
  • Prepare training MIS and reports for management review 

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Graduate / Postgraduate (HR/ Psychology or related field preferred) 
  • 2–5 years’ experience in Training & Development or L&D 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to engage employees across levels 
  • Knowledge of learning methodologies
