Role Overview : We are seeking a strategic and creative Social Media & Branding Manager to strengthen both  corporate brand presence across digital and professional channels. The role involves content  creation, brand positioning, social media management, media coordination, and relationship  management with industry bodies and external agencies. 

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Plan, draft, and publish high-quality content on various social media platforms  including posts, short videos, articles and reels. 
  • Develop and execute social media and branding strategies in line with the  organization’s values, regulatory requirements, and business objectives within the  financial services sector. 
  • Collaborate with HR, leadership, compliance, and marketing teams to ensure  accuracy, alignment, and regulatory compliance of all communications. Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all internal  and external communication channels. 
  • Position the organization as a people-focused employer by communicating a positive  work culture, employee initiatives, and workplace values across approved digital  platforms. 
  • Strengthen employer brand by portraying the HR function as transparent, supportive,  and employee-focused through structured and consistent communication. Create and manage content that presents a professional, credible, and positive image  of the Managing Director, highlighting leadership vision and industry expertise in a  compliant manner. 
  • Manage personal branding initiatives for the person and firm across media and digital  platforms. 
  • Monitor and evaluate engagement metrics and brand perception to optimize content  effectiveness and overall branding impact.

Skills & Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or a related field. 2 to 5 years of experience in social media management and brand marketing. Strong expertise in social media strategy, content planning, and brand storytelling  across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.) 
  • Proven ability to develop and execute social media and brand strategies. Hands-on experience with social media management, analytics, and reporting tools. Solid understanding of branding principles, audience engagement, and digital  marketing. 
  • Ability to analyse performance data and optimize campaigns accordingly. Strong collaboration and project management skills.
