Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven professional for the role of Associate –
Debt Syndication. The ideal candidate should have strong ownership, logical thinking
ability, and hands-on experience in debt syndication. This role involves end-to-end
execution, client interaction, and coordination with banks/NBFCs.

Key Responsibilities

•  Manage end-to-end debt syndication transactions, including structuring and
  execution
• Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand funding requirements
• Handle client communication and maintain strong relationships
• Coordinate and negotiate with banks and NBFCs for funding arrangements
• Prepare and review financial proposals, CMA data, and credit notes
• Drive deal closure through effective negotiation and follow-ups
• Work closely on backend execution, documentation, and disbursement process
• Ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution of transactions

Key Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Banking / NBFC / Debt Syndication domain
• Prior experience in debt syndication is preferred
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to take ownership and work proactively
• Experience in client-facing roles and bank coordination

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA Finance or semi qualified/qualified CA (Chartered Accountant)
• Prior experience in Credit underwriting in financial institutions preferred
• Candidate should be Ahmedabad-based or willing to relocate
