Role Overview:

We are hiring a Fund Operations Executive to manage operational, compliance, and reporting aspects of our AIF business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day fund operations and transaction processing
• Maintain investor records, capital calls, and distributions tracking
• Coordinate with custodians, trustees, auditors, and legal teams
• Ensure compliance with SEBI (AIF) regulations
• Prepare MIS, investor reports, and fund performance reports
• Assist in onboarding investors (KYC, documentation, etc.)
• Monitor fund accounting and reconcile discrepancies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / Drop Out
• 2–4 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of SEBI AIF regulations (added advantage)
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data management
• High attention to detail
• Good coordination and communication skills
