Job Summary

Experienced and detail-oriented CA to lead the organization’s financial reporting function. The role involves preparation and review of financial statements, fund accounting, NAV computation, management reporting, regulatory compliance, audit coordination, and ensuring adherence to applicable accounting standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead accounting team and oversee daily accounting entries, bank reconciliation, manage accounts payable/receivable and financial records and ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely closure of books of accounts.
• Oversee and Handle PF, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
• Finalize filing of PF, GST, TDS and Income Tax Returns
• Finalize monthly financial statements and MIS reports
• Ensure accurate accounting of investments, unrealized gains/losses, and fair value adjustments in fund accounting and NAV computation
• Monitor portfolio transactions, capital calls, drawdowns, distributions, and investment exits
• Reconcile fund accounts with custodians, brokers, and banks
• Ensure compliance with SEBI AIF Regulations and other applicable regulatory requirements
• Assist in audits and coordination with external auditors

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant
• 3-4 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of Tally / accounting / fund accounting software
• Strong understanding of fund accounting, GST, TDS & basic financial reporting
• Good Excel skills and attention to detail
