About the Organization:
Getfive is a SEBI-registered Merchant Banking firm having offices in Mumbai and Ahmedabad. The firm specializes in IPOs and pre-IPO private equity fund-raising. Along with the Merchant banking arm, the firm also manages an AIF focused on late-stage companies.

Reporting: Managing Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the dedicated relationship owner for a portfolio of post-IPO clients, maintaining regular and structured contact (calls, meetings, check-ins) with investors and clients.
- Proactively track client developments, financial results, corporate actions, leadership changes, regulatory filings, to identify opportunities for continued engagement as well as discussion with potential clients.
- Coordinate periodic check-in schedules, relationship reviews, and touchpoints (e.g., post-results calls, annual reviews) to ensure no client relationship goes cold.
- Maintain an organised, up-to-date record of client interactions, relationship status, and follow-up actions (CRM/tracker).
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with client, including, CFOs, and IR heads to remain their trusted first point of contact.
- Represent the firm at select client meetings, roadshows, industry events, and investor conferences to strengthen relationships and generate leads.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Business, Finance or CA Qualification.
- 2+ years of experience investor relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and represent the organization professionally.
