About the Role

We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to build and maintain a strong pipeline of advisors, consultants, intermediaries, and ecosystem partners for our capital markets and IPO advisory business. The role combines research, screening, database management, and early-stage relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

• Source potential advisors, consultants, intermediaries, and ecosystem partners through LinkedIn, industry databases, referrals, networking, and targeted keyword searches, while continuously identifying new sources and search terms.
• Screen leads based on experience, IPO/transaction advisory exposure, industry relevance, and clientele, and categorize them into priority tiers based on strategic value and conversion potential.
• Maintain and regularly audit an accurate CRM database, tracking each lead’s details, category, status, and follow-up dates across their full journey.
• Build familiarity with qualified prospects via LinkedIn connections, content engagement, and mutual introductions, and follow up or schedule with timely CRM updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in lead generation, business development, or market research.
• Strong research, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with capital markets, IPO processes, or financial advisory ecosystems is a plus.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently on building a pipeline.
