Role Overview: 

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to manage and  follow up on ongoing IPO related transactions. The ideal candidate will serve as the key  point of contact for tracking transaction progress, coordinating with internal teams, and  ensuring smooth execution of all IPO-related operational activities. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Proactively follow up with investors regarding pending or ongoing IPO  transactions (including KYC, fund transfers, agreements, etc.). 
  • Act as a liaison between investors and internal stakeholders (legal, finance,  compliance). 
  • Maintain detailed trackers of each transaction status and escalate delays if  needed. 
  • Coordinate with relationship managers or concerned persons for specific case  updates. 
  • Prepare and share status reports with the execution team on a weekly basis. Ensure all compliance and documentation requirements are met in a timely  manner. 
  • Assist in managing timelines and dependencies for multiple IPO transactions  simultaneously. 
  • Address client’s queries or concerns promptly by coordinating with respective  departments. 
  • Support the onboarding team with project-level coordination as needed.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in business, finance, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, or operations in financial  services. 
  • Strong follow-up and tracking skills – must be highly detail-oriented. Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. 
  • High sense of ownership and accountability
