Role: Project Coordinator Manager 

Reporting to: Execution Head 

Role Overview :
Lead and manage a team of Project Coordinators handling IPO-related transactions, ensuring  timely execution, effective investor follow-ups, internal coordination, and adherence to  compliance and process standards across multiple IPO mandates. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Monitor transaction timelines and proactively flag risks or bottlenecks. Prepare and present weekly status reports to the Execution Head. 
  • Ensure compliance and documentation requirements are met across all transactions. Drive process improvements and standardization of execution workflows. Manage, mentor, and review the work of junior Project Coordinators. Allocate IPO transactions and workloads across the team. 
  • Oversee investor follow-ups for IPO transactions (KYC, fund transfers, agreements,  documentation). 
  • Act as escalation point for delays, investor issues, and complex cases. Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, compliance, onboarding) to ensure  smooth execution. 

Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. 5–8 years of experience in financial services operations / project coordination / IPO  execution. 
  • Prior team-handling experience is mandatory. 
  • Strong understanding of IPO transaction workflows and investor onboarding. Advanced MS Excel and reporting skills. 
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and follow-up skills. High ownership, accountability, and execution focus.
