Job Description : Recruitment Manager
About the role:
Getfive is looking for a proactive and people-focused Recruitment Manager to drive talent acquisition, build a strong talent pipeline, manage end-to-end recruitment, and support the organization in hiring the right talent at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for all business functions.
- Successfully close mid, senior, and leadership-level positions within defined timelines.
- Manage, mentor, and drive the performance of the recruitment team.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct candidate screening, HR interviews, and salary negotiations.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure quality hiring.
- Track recruitment KPIs such as Time-to-Hire, Offer Acceptance Ratio, and Joining Ratio.
- Build a strong talent pipeline and enhance employer branding initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Proven track record of closing quality positions across multiple functions.
- Experience in leading and managing a recruitment team.
- Strong expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and salary negotiation.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience in BFSI, Merchant Banking, Wealth Management, or Financial Services recruitment will be preferred.
