Founder

Shrikant has about 13+ years of experience in fund raising and M&A activities. In his overall career, Shrikant has been associated with large, medium, and emerging corporates for fund raising via equity, Banking and non-banking routes. His expertise lies in structuring fund raising activity and deal closure. In past, he has been associated with Tata Capital – Large corporate vertical and in IDBI Bank for their Treasury vertical. Shrikant is one of the Founding members and managing partner of GetFive and leads Private Equity, and Debt Syndication of the group.

Shrikant is an IIM-Ahmedabad Alumnus, FRM holder and has completed two levels of CFA (USA).

Founder

Anand has over a decade of experience in both large enterprises and start-up environments. His focus is Group Business development and his core expertise lies in Merger and Acquisitions, Foreign JV, Financial Valuation and Transaction Structuring practices. Anand is one of the Founding members and Managing Partners of GetFive, and he leads M&A advisory, Foreign JV vertical, Transaction Advisory, Private Equity and Valuation vertical of GetFive.

Anand is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Public Accountant (USA). He is a holder of Diploma in IFRS from ACCA Board (UK) and also pursuing Final Level of Chartered Financial Analysts (Global CFA).

CA Naishal Shah

Founder

Naishal has over a decade long experience in transaction advisory working in M&As, Structuring of Business Acquisitions, Business Valuations, and Due Diligence for various segments. The other areas of his services are International Taxation, Indian GAAP Implementation, Systems Audit, Transfer Pricing, Corporate Audits and Assessments and Tax and Regulatory Advisory. Naishal Shah is one of the Founding members and Managing partners of GetFive and co-manages - the Transaction Advisory, Cross Border Transaction vertical.

Naishal is a Chartered Accountant by qualification. A top merit holder in CA examinations, Naishal was awarded and recognized for his 2nd rank all over India in his CA final.

In her career spanning more than a decade Jindagi has gained expertise in Corporate and allied laws, listing requirements, Off-shore Company Incorporation, due diligence, M&As, Takeover & allied company law compliances. She is instrumental in developing and implementing comprehensive strategies for clients to optimize financial and operational aspects. She is also involved in rendering transaction advisory services, focusing on facilitating and optimizing cross-border transactions for clients.

Vishvash Manek

Business Development

Vishvash is a seasoned banker having 18+ years of experience in banking and finance industry. He has worked with HDFC Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank in past. He is actively working with Rotary Club of Rajkot Midtown (Dist. 3060) and Past secretary of the club year 2015-16. He is also involved in Young Indians Rajkot Chapter as a Membership Chair (Yi Rajkot) young chapter of CII. In his present role with Team GetFive, Vishvash is actively involved as associate director in Business Development of the group.

Vishvash is CMA (foundation level) and B-Com graduate from Saurashtra University.

Ramesh Solanki is a mechanical engineer with more than 30 years of experience in various fields. He began his career in 1988 as a trainee engineer at L&T. Over the course of 18 years, he has worked in different departments in the auto parts industry. After completing most of the management system certifications, he worked as a customer/management representative for a US-based company for five years.

Operation management stands as his core competence, which includes planning, QA, QC, MIS, etc. He has been trained in ISO 9001-2015, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, AS 9100, which are certification processes for Management, Automobile Industries, and Medical Instrument Manufacturing.
